Abstract: Ocular disorders brought on by modern lifestyles have increased significantly, posing a serious threat to public health. The increased prevalence of ailments such dry eye syndrome, pterygium, digital eye strain, and age-related macular degeneration (ARMD) can be linked to bad lifestyle choices, environmental pollutants, and extended screen time. This essay investigates the potential of the traditional Indian medical practice of Ayurveda to avoid various eye conditions. The study highlights the value of ancient knowledge in modern healthcare by presenting a comprehensive strategy for preserving and improving eye health by incorporating Ayurvedic concepts and treatment techniques.
