Abstract: In conformity with the World Health Organization(WHO) archives, Cardio Vascular diseases and Cardio respiratory diseases are the substantial causes for the intercontinental assassination. As per the illustration, 17.9 million people died by dint of Cardiorespiratory abnormality in the year 2019, It is signifying that 32% of Inhabitants beyond the sphere. Of these, 85% of circumstances were owing to Heart and Cardiac arrest diseases. Over three fourths of standard measurements, impermanence bob up in low-and middle some nations. Out of 17 million impulsive ruinations, 38% were adults. After the Initiation of COVID-19, 69 million human being lives were fatal and still it is continuing worldwide. It is very influential to the doctors who detect cardiac arrest and cardi diseases to check the patient’s health conditions daily to eradicate both diseases. i.e cardiovascular, cardiorespiratory and COVID-19. In this research work, we have designed a “Remote Health Monitoring System for Active and Assisted Living” to check the patient’s health conditions. The System can be installed anywhere near to the patient and data will be shared to doctor remotely via mail. It is an IOT based three tier sensor prototypes. It will be implemented by Infrared thermometer (MLX90614), Pulse Oximeter (MAX30100) and ESP32 microcontroller wi-fi unit. Blynk, an IOT application. Patient’s primary health conditions like body temperature measurement will be stored in infrared thermometer, measurement of blood pressure and Oxygen level in blood can be stored in pulse oximeter. ESP32 microcontroller unit will read the data from sensors and sent to the Blynk as per the scheduled time, an IOT platform to monitor the patient’s primary health conditions. It is tiny and fantastic system to serve for the senior citizens who are unable to visit the hospitals regularly to check their health conditions.
